Freight is maintained at 33 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerated) within the Fournier warehouse coolers, and during transport. If freight requires frozen temperatures, and customers choose to transport the frozen freight with Fournier, it should be packaged to withstand 33 degrees Fahrenheit, and customers will do so at their own risk.
Fournier Trucking is not responsible for freight that must be maintained at a temperature below 33 degrees Fahrenheit, whether tendered intentionally or mistakenly.
The terms described are part of ALL contracts of carriage and agreements with Fournier Trucking even if contrary to the terms on any other transportation document or communication including verbal or written load confirmation, request, notice, bill of lading, service request, delivery receipt, other document or other statement.
